A: The M&P Sport II is configured more as a basic "Entry Level" AR Gregory. The M&P 15 is considered/configured as a standard "Mid-Level" rifle. Many AR's seem similar outwardly, but internals, barrel metal, bolt carrier's. better triggers can make a difference in price of what would appear at 1st glance to be identical AR's.

A: Yes David, this has an A3 flat top upper with removable carry handle. Once the carry handle is removed, you had a picatinny rail along the top of the upper receiver. Also comes standard with comes standard with a chrome lined barrel, bolt carrier and gas key.

A: David, The carry handle is removable. The rear sight aperture is part of the carry handle. So with handle of you could mount different rear sight to go with A2 front sight or optic on flat top pic rail.
