The Springfield Armory Model 2020 Waypoint is a premium American-made bolt-action hunting rifle designed for lightweight precision in the field. This right-hand model pairs a hybrid-profile carbon fiber stock with an adjustable cheek comb and a fluted carbon fiber wrapped barrel for a balance of strength, rigidity, and reduced carrying weight. Its dual-lug bolt runs through EDM-machined raceways for smooth, repeatable lockup, while dual cocking cams and an optimized extraction cam support easy operation and reliable extraction. The adjustable TriggerTech trigger provides a crisp release with a pull weight adjustable from 2.5 to 5 pounds. A two-position manual safety, SA radial brake, and factory Picatinny rail complete the hunting and precision-oriented configuration.
