The Traditions Firearms Vortek StrikerFire Northwest Magnum is a .50 single-shot muzzleloading rifle designed for fast ignition and dependable field handling. Its 28 inch tapered fluted chromoly barrel features a Cerakote finish and is paired with a Realtree Xtra Camo Hogue Overmold Soft Touch stock. The striker-fired system eliminates the external hammer for faster lock time, while the TAC2 two-stage trigger is set at 2 pounds. Williams fiber optic metal sights provide a clear aiming reference, and the Quick-T Ramrod Handle, Speed Load System, and tool-free Accelerator Breech Plug simplify loading and maintenance. The rifle accepts musket cap ignition and supports a maximum powder charge of 150 grains.
