The 24-inch vent-rib barrel includes a ported XX-Full turkey choke, while the HiViz CompSight fiber optic front sight helps maintain a clear aiming reference in varied lighting. An optic-ready receiver accepts Shield RMSc-pattern micro red dot sights through low-profile direct mounting, with a cover plate included when an optic is not installed. The Mossy Oak Greenleaf camouflage finish covers the receiver, barrel, synthetic stock, and forend. A corrosion-resistant nickel-boron-coated gas piston, magazine tube, hammer, and sear complement the enlarged loading port, elongated elevator, and anodized follower. The self-draining stock offers an adjustable 13 to 14.25-inch length of pull for a more adaptable fit. The tang-mounted safety is accessible for either hand, and the shotgun holds 4+1 rounds of 12 Gauge ammunition.

Use it to hunt dove...
Use it to hunt dove and turkey. Bought a set of chokes for different hunts. Hasn't jammed not once! It eats whatever I feed it! When just shooting to put holes in paper, It fires as fast I can pull the trigger. Put a Holosun 407k on it and love the combo. Buying another for my wife this season.

I can only compare...
I can only compare this to a couple other shotguns I own and give some opinions. First impression, this does not feel like a $1000 shotgun. I own a beretta outlander and an impala both of which were cheaper and have better fit and finish. That's all I can complain about. It cycles smoothly when shooting it. The ergonomics are great. I mainly purchased this for the halosun cut out and it fits perfectly. As with my other Mossbergs I will probably use it quite often as I will using this for turkeys, predators and maybe I will see if the halosun will help my old eyes in the duck blind. I will have to get a season of hunting on it before I could recommend it to anyone. Especially for the price. Feels like a $700 gun to me.
