A: no there is not a BB (or any sight) on the end of the rifled barrel the rifled barrel is set up for a scope or red dot the canterlever on the rifle barre is not removable and would block your sight down the barrel

A: Joel, the 23" fully rifled cantilever barrel has no sights on it. You can add an optics to the scope mount or have a gunsmith install sights.

A: Joel, The 23" rifled barrel has no sight bead. The 28" barrel has a sight bead on the end of the vent rib. Just drop a red dot on the rifled barrel set up.
