Finely made and...
Finely made and finished pistol. Minor complaint: 2 cylinders had some "gunk" in them, easily cleaned. Functions perfectly. Fairly easy to load, and great fun to shoot.

This reproduction 1847...
This reproduction 1847 recover revolver works fairly well. I found the fit of the revolver to be good, and the case hardening pleasing to the eye. I would have liked to see the roll marking on the cylinder more visible, some of the text is quite faint. The percussion caps were too small for a tight fit with CCI #11s but I didn't have any issues with caps falling off before I replaced the cones. I've found that the pistol will pattern a good group about a foot high at 25 yards with round ball projectiles, to me this seems quite excessive. Overall it's a good piece to look at and functions well as long as you aim a foot below your target.
