Its machined aluminum alloy slide carries a Copper Cerakote finish, while the composite frame houses a machined 7075 aluminum sub-frame for a balance of strength and light weight. A 4.25-inch barrel, steel 3-dot sights, extended ambidextrous manual thumb safety, beavertail grip safety, extended slide release, Commander-style hammer, and black stippled laminated wood grips complete the practical 1911-style configuration.
