The Citadel 1911-A1 Government is a full-size 9mm pistol built around a forged steel frame and slide. Its five-inch barrel and full-size guide rod provide the classic Government pattern, while the Series 70 firing system, skeletonized hammer and trigger, lowered and flared ejection port, extended slide stop, and beveled magazine well deliver a traditional 1911 configuration. An extended ambidextrous thumb safety and beavertail grip safety support secure handling, and black G10 grips provide a durable, positive hold. The gray-scale American Flag Cerakote styling gives this pistol a distinctive appearance.
