The Dan Wesson LE Valor is a full-size 9mm 1911 built around a forged frame and a hand-fitted slide and frame. Its matte stainless finish provides a durable, low-glare surface, while the five-inch barrel supports the traditional 1911 balance and sight radius. Tactical ledge night sights aid target acquisition in changing light, and the undercut trigger guard and 25 lines-per-inch front and rear strap checkering improve control. VZ Slim Line G10 grips, EGW carry bevel bushings, and tool-steel fire-control components complete this premium defensive and range-oriented configuration.

This review is about DW valor. First of the gun look beautiful in every way from finish to tightness fit. But I had to send it back to DW due to thumb safety was hard to engage, had some FTF, SP issue, and feed ramp had dent mark in it after about 300 rounds. Yes I did full clean before hitting the range and rack slide many time. $1500 DW with issue unlike my first 3 1911 ruger SA and colt was flawless and under $800 guns. DW valor SS 5" should not have issue for $1500plus 1911. Now as for buds, great in every way. Thank you Buds
