The Iver Johnson 1911 Thrasher is a compact 9mm pistol built on a steel frame with a blued finish and traditional 1911 controls. Its 3.12-inch barrel and 33-ounce weight provide a compact carry profile while retaining the familiar single-action 1911 operating system. A beavertail grip safety, combat-style round hammer, solid trigger, and two-stage recoil spring system support dependable handling. Fixed night sights provide a visible aiming reference in low-light conditions, and the lower and flared ejection port assists reliable extraction and ejection. The pistol includes a seven-round magazine and checkered wood double-diamond grips.
