The Les Baer Premier II is a full-size Government Model 1911 built for duty, defense, and competition use. Its National Match steel frame, slide, and barrel are precisely fitted for reliable function and accuracy, while the stainless bushing, polished feed ramp, throated barrel, tuned extractor, and extended ejector support dependable operation. A crisp 4-pound Baer Speed Trigger complements the Commander-style hammer and sear. The pistol features an adjustable low-mount rear sight, dovetail front sight, beavertail grip safety, extended ambidextrous manual safety, high-checkered front strap, beveled magazine well, and premium checkered Cocobolo grips. Its 5-inch barrel and blued finish complete the classic single-stack 1911 configuration.

I bought this Les Baer...
I bought this Les Baer last summer from Buds. It took me a while to get to the review. I've put about 1,400 rounds of 230 gr. FMJ through it, mostly Federal American Eagle with some S&B and Remington mixed in. The pistol has not missed a beat. As expected from Les Baer, it is very accurate. I highly recommend this Les Baer pistol.
