Description
Product Overview
The Tisas 1911 Duty Raider is a full-size 9mm pistol modeled after the M45A1 service pistol used by Marine Corps Special Operations forces. Its five-inch barrel, FDE/Tan Cerakote finish, accessory rail, and G10 grips provide a durable, practical configuration for range use and duty-oriented applications. The traditional 1911 operating system combines a crisp single-action trigger with an ambidextrous manual thumb safety and grip safety. Fixed standard sights support straightforward target acquisition, while the single-stack magazine provides a 9+1 capacity.
Key Features
- Full-size 1911 configuration with a five-inch barrel for a familiar service-pistol profile
- 9mm chambering with a 9+1 capacity for practical range and defensive use
- FDE/Tan Cerakote finish helps protect the metal surfaces from wear and corrosion
- Accessory rail accommodates compatible lights and lasers
- Textured G10 grips provide a secure, comfortable hold
- Ambidextrous manual thumb safety and grip safety support controlled handling
The Tisas 1911 Duty Raider combines classic 1911 ergonomics with a railed, durable service-style configuration for the range or collection.

A fantastic firearm to...
A fantastic firearm to own! To the reviewer that said there were issues with this pistol, there is a general break-in period for Tisas pistols - usually about 300-500 rounds. You'll find that to be the consensus in forums on the interwebs. The Raider is a beauty and the cerakote finish is top notch. Would highly recommend this product to those who are considering it (and the Tisas brand in general).
