WOW, what a great...
WOW, what a great looking pistol! Ordered late Thursday and received Monday, thanks Buds for very fast shipping. This TISAS has all the features I was looking for. Long trigger, beavertail safety, nice sights with a brass insert. Very accurate with 230 grain ball, no failures. Doesn't like 185 grain, not a problem. Trigger measured 5 3/4 pounds, after polishing trigger, sear and disconnector it is now a very nice 5 pounds. Not my first TISAS and probably not my last. The grips are also very nice. Buy it while the price is low, it's only going to increase.

Outstanding pistol for...
Outstanding pistol for the money. The sights and finish are what truly stand out. The brass bead front sight is a classic, and the nitride finish holds up well. There are no markings on the slide which is an added bonus. The safety leaves a little to be desired, but is an easy upgrade if it bothers you. The trigger is very good for the money you are paying. I'd argue its very good for any amount of money, quite frankly. At the end of the day you get what you pay for in terms of reliability. In the first 275 rounds this pistol had about 19 failures to feed with 7 different magazines using 230 grain ball ammo. Im sure with the right magazines and a good break in, the failure to feed issues will resolve. A better recoil spring may also assist this problem. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase and I will recommend this to anyone looking for a gun gun to shoot. It is not a pistol I would choose to trust my life on, however. At least not out of the box. For that, I recommend resolving the reliability issues.
