The Adams Arms P2 AR-15 is a 5.56 NATO semi-automatic rifle built around a mid-length short-stroke gas piston system. Its forged upper and lower receivers, 16-inch QPQ Melonite-finished barrel, and full-auto-rated one-piece bolt carrier group provide a durable foundation for training, duty, and recreational use. A free-float M-LOK handguard supports accessory placement, while the flat-top receiver provides an optic-ready mounting surface. Defiance flip-up sights, ambidextrous controls, a six-position collapsible stock, and QD sling mounts complete the practical configuration. The barrel is threaded 1/2x28 and paired with a Manimal extended A2 flash hider.

Very nice rifle,...
Very nice rifle, between 600-800 rounds with no malfunctions, I like it more every time I take it out. \r \r The piston system virtually eliminates muzzle flip, and all felt recoil is a straight back push. The gas block switch is a slight pain to reach. You'll love the burnt gasses being directed forward downrange.\r \r Factory trigger is heavy, but has almost no take up and has a clean break with a very short, defined reset.\r Iron sights are comparable to magpul irons. \r \r Only real negative thing to say about this rifle is, the piston system is only accessible for disassembly by removing the handguard.
