The CORE15 TAC UL II is a semi-automatic 5.56 NATO rifle built around forged 7075-T6 aluminum upper and lower receivers. Its 16-inch 4150 M4-profile barrel has a manganese phosphate finish, while the M16-style bolt carrier group uses a Carpenter 158 steel bolt and chrome-lined carrier. A flat-top upper receiver with a 1913 Picatinny rail supports optics, and the Midwest Industries two-piece drop-in quad rail provides a practical mounting interface for accessories. The rifle includes a six-position retractable stock, A2 pistol grip, standard front sight base, 30-round magazine, hard case, and owner's manual.

This is a great rifle....
This is a great rifle. Buds shipped it fast and I am very pleased with it them. This gun will not cycle cheap ammo. I tried the American Eagle 50grain .223 first and then the Remington Blue box 5.56 55 grn in it and I had to load them one by one to use them. Remington green box 55grn .223 cycles like a champ though.
