The CZ-USA 455 Varmint Evolution is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .17 HMR and built around a precision-oriented varmint configuration. Its fully ambidextrous coyote laminate Evolution stock features an ambidextrous cheekpiece, teardrop pistol grip, and palm swell for a stable, comfortable shooting position. The free-floating 20.5-inch varmint barrel helps maintain consistent barrel harmonics, while the 455 interchangeable-barrel platform allows compatibility with a broad range of accessory barrels. An adjustable set trigger, two-position manual safety, and receiver dovetail support practical target and varmint use. One 5-round magazine is included.

This is the first...
This is the first dealings I've had shooting a 17hmr and I love it! I needed an ambidextrous rifle for my son and I and after reading many reviews I thought I'd give this one a chance. We are not disappointed. So far we've been shooting 17 grain CCI ammo through her and she's been putting 5 shots around 1" at 100 yards. The trigger is crisp (no need for an after market), absolutely zero recoil so it's a good rifle for younger people to learn on, and the stock really is beautiful in person. I'd be hard pressed to find anything to complain about with this rifle. Straight shooter, beautiful finish, incredibly accurate at 100 yards, and gives a good challenge learning to read the wind and bullet drop at +200 yards. If anything ever happened to this rifle, I'd definitely buy another one.
