A: I'd try high to hyper velocity ammo. Most semi automatics recommend high velocity ammo because it's required to push the bolt all the way back in order to eject the spent casing and chamber another. I'd grab 5-10 different brands of higher velocity ammunition and just start trying them until you find a couple brands it likes. That or it might just need broke in if it's new, hopefully after couple hundred rounds it'll start feeding reliably. Lastly I'd Clean and lube it, Don't use grease since that can cause issues. A: Clean and lube the firearm, then id ditch the promags ive had nothing but trouble with promag. Some guns require a break in of 100 to 500rds as well, if you've got that through the pistol already id contact GSG and see if they stand behind they're products info@germansportguns.de
