The rifle pairs its presentation-grade detailing with a smooth lever action, American walnut stock, octagonal barrel, adjustable semi-buckhorn rear sight, and beaded front sight. Its tubular magazine holds 16 rounds of .22 LR, 17 rounds of .22 Long, or 21 rounds of .22 Short. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounting, while the half-cock hammer provides the factory safety position.

The Henry American Beauty rifle is beautiful, with superb detail and the yellow gold already has a deepening patina setting off the delicate rose petals. Each of my grandchildren receive a Henry rifle in their first year, this one at ten months of age. Yes, it will be stored safely until she is ready, probably at 5-7 years of age. I may or may not be around but this way I know she's off to a good start. Henry rifles can be a legacy gift as well as superb firearms. I know she will cherish it forever.
