The Olympic Arms OAI K16 is an AR-pattern semi-automatic rifle chambered for .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO. It features a 16-inch free-floating heavy barrel with a 1:9 twist and a Tactical FIRSH free-floating integral rail system handguard for accessory mounting. A flat-top receiver supports the addition of an optic, while the forward bolt assist provides positive control during operation. The rifle is supplied with a factory 30-round magazine.
