The Smith & Wesson M&P15 VTAC II is a 5.56 NATO semi-automatic rifle configured for practical precision, maneuverability, and rapid follow-up shots. Its 16-inch 4150 CMV barrel uses a 1:8-inch twist and 5R rifling, with a durable Melonite finish. The mid-length gas system helps provide smooth operation, while the VTAC/Troy 13-inch free-floating handguard offers a rigid platform and flexible rail placement. A Geissele Super V trigger, VLTOR IMod six-position stock, enhanced flash hider, folding sights, and one 30-round PMAG complete the factory package.

Amazing weapon with...
Amazing weapon with the best standard features I've seen. I'm referring to the feel (mainly trigger), accuracy, and build quality of accessories (stock, forend, features,...). I often use the 22 bolt group/magazine to practice with no jams. Accuracy is impressive; I can keep a 3" grouping at 100yds. Gun is just a pleasure.
