The Howa Citadel M-1911 Officer Compact is a steel-frame 9mm pistol designed around the classic 1911 single-action platform in a shorter Officer configuration. It features a 3.5-inch bushingless barrel, a forged steel slide, a cast steel frame, a skeletonized hammer and trigger, Novak-style sights, and a lower flared ejection port. The extended beavertail grip safety and manual thumb safety provide familiar 1911 controls, while the Hogue rubber grip enhances handling. The pistol is supplied with two magazines and a lockable hard plastic case.

You are going to enjoy...
You are going to enjoy this handgun... before shooting...strip it, oil with rem oil, rack /0-30 times... strip clean, oil again, rack and lock back for a day... I have shot several hundred rounds with no problems ... I loaded 3 mags with mis matched Ammo... no problems.. it's a little heavy but it's stainless.. the weight actually helps with accuracy because it doesn't jump around... money very well spent for a firearm that may be one of the best kept secrets in town...

Great little pistol. I took it straight out of the box, made sure the barrel was clear, then put a quick mag through it. Shot flawlessly. The bronze cerakote looked even better in person. The G-10 handgrip feels great as well. For the money, this is a great pistol. You won't be disappointed.
