The Springfield Armory EMP Lightweight Champion CC is a compact 9mm 1911 pistol designed for concealed carry. Its four-inch stainless steel Match-Grade bull barrel uses a fully supported feed ramp, while the forged stainless steel slide features a satin finish for a durable, low-reflection surface. A forged black hard coat anodized aluminum alloy frame keeps weight down without sacrificing the strength expected from a 1911 platform. The fiber optic front sight provides rapid sight acquisition, and the low-profile combat-style rear sight supports a smooth draw from concealment. Checkered black G-10 grip panels and Posi-Lock texturing on the front and rear straps provide a secure, slip-resistant hold.
