The FN SPR Patrol Bolt Rifle XP is a controlled-round-feed bolt-action rifle built around the classic pre-1964 Winchester-style action. Its large claw extractor captures the cartridge rim as the round feeds from the detachable magazine, providing positive cartridge control through the loading cycle. The 20-inch hammer-forged, hard-chrome-lined match-grade barrel is built to meet or exceed military specifications, while the McMillan fiberglass synthetic stock provides a durable, stable platform. A three-position manual safety blocks the firing pin in its middle position while allowing the action to be operated for safe loading and unloading. The receiver is drilled and tapped for oversize 8/40 screws and includes a one-piece 20 MOA M1913 steel rail for mounting an optic. FN guarantees each SPR rifle to deliver 1 MOA or better factory accuracy.
