Rock Island Armory TCM TAC Ultra FS Combo Semi-Automatic 5 22 TCM/9mm Black Pa - Blue/Black, 5" Barrel, 10+1 Rounds

I bought this gun because of the unusual caliber. I'm impressed with the quality and comfortable grip. Very nice.

As always great service from Buds. I used the Layaway option and it worked great.
The gun looks good and has nice fit and finish. The first range session I had multiple fail to feeds
And 4 blown primers out of a box of 50 Amscor 40gr TCM ammo. Haven’t determined wether it’s an ammo or gun problem
Either way it’s a problem because Amscor and RIA are all one in the same. They seem to be the only manufacturer of TCM ammo.
So if your looking for a range ready problem free experience this isn’t the gun for you !!

I have multiple guns of almost all makes and models. But this TCM 22 bullet is just a BLAST to shoot. The recoil is super light and the gun is known as a Flame Thrower at my house. It pushes a .22 cal bullet as over 2000 ft/sec. I was not absolutely sold on this gun and bullet. But as I knew it also came with a 9mm barrel too. Well, I bought the gun and it now, silly as it sounds, its one of my favorite gun to shoot. Try it, you be sold on it too!

Upon receiving this pistol, I disassembled and cleaned it as per the instructions, then lightly oiled and reassembled it with the 9MM barrel & spring. I ran 100 rds through it and was please with how it shot and operated. Then I switched to the 22TCM barrel & spring; WOW! Two other shooters came running to see what made all that noise, and they were impressed with the fireball that came with each pull of the trigger. I can't wait to shoot this gun at night! For having had just 100 rds of 9MM and 50 rds of 22TCM run through it, I am impressed with all aspects of this pistol, and will be ordering extra magazines for it. The accuracy is good now and I expect it to get better as I become more familiar and comfortable with it. Now I look forward to some ground hog shooting!

Wow what a rocket! I have looked at these for sometime now. Picked it up at gun shows and read countless reviews. I knew when it was time I would get it from buds gun shop. Received shipment swiftly and in excellent condition, thanks Bud's! I haven't had chance to shoot it yet, but I'm so excited to do so. I think Rock Island has done a great job with this gun and it's already my favorite even though I've not had the chance to take it to the range yet. I tore it down and put it back together over and over to test it out and it was so smooth and easy to do. I love the beaver tail design, I don't have to worry about slide bite. I thought it was one of the smoothest trigger pulls I've tested and the ease of the slide and quick, easy switch out between the 22 tcm and the 9mm barrels makes it the perfect handgun for me. I was also impressed with the feed ramp and the magwell. I'll post another review once I've had a chance to take to range. I've purchased 9mm and 22tcm ammo to test it out.

Well done, very smooth operation and nice crisp trigger pull. Working with Buds also made it a breeze.

Got the gun quick, ive bought from buds before and as always i got what i was looking for, the gun is in great condition at a good price. Haven't got to shoot this one yet but everything works the way it should, and it it only takes a min or two to switch barrells with no tools which is always good for shooting both cal. At the range. This is definitely something all 1911/tactical shooters should have.Thank you buds ill definetly be buying again soon

Gun Is well made and shoots fine with 9mm ammo in 10 round mec-gar magazines. factory magazine will not work in this pistol with 9mm or 22tcm ammo. RIA sent me a new magazine when I returned the one that came with the gun. But it to will not work with the pistol. 22tcm & 9mm ammo gets jammed up in the mag after you load five rounds making it useless. to get ten rounds of 22tcm into the magazine takes an act of god. The pistol has one of the best out of the box factory triggers I have ever seen. but I have 12 boxes of 22tcm that are now just paper weights. Guess I just have to shoot 9mm no one else makes a 22tcm single stack magazine as of yet.
