These lightweight pouches contain a mixture of ingredients that generate heat when exposed to air. All Heat Factory warmers are non-toxic, safe and odorless. Heat Factory foot warmers are designed to activate in a restricted air enviroment such as a shoe or boot (specifically the Heat Factory Sock and to fit into the cavity of the Heat Factory Footbeds where they get slightly warmer).
