I ordered three and was surprised that they all look identical but only one is stamped "B". All three had the grips separate, in the box with no screws. Oddly, all grip screw holes were bored out beyond use for some reason. Also oddly, all three have different front sights. Considering they are all "poor" condition, I am very pleased in general. They're in about the same visual shape, not that rough, they all fired two mags of Winchester white box without a hitch and cleaned up nice. One is very accurate. I intended to have them ceracoted but there's enough pitting to require sandblasting first and will see what that does to the price. I did a lot of web researching these and apparently the two not stamped "B" are called transition guns for some reason. At any rate, I'm pleased enough, no regrets.

As to be expected for a cz. I received a cz75bd police manufactured in 2000. It shows heaven holster wear and on of the grips was chipped. That was all. Opened it up and it looked brand new inside. Gave it a little cleaning and went to the range. Put 100 rounds thru it. Grouped perfectly at 10-15 years. Amazing purchase, if you were waiting to pull the trigger on this purchase just go ahead and do it because you want a cz project. Everyone does.

Just picked up the c-75 from my FFL. A couple things I noticed about the buying experience from Buds: 1) Paid by eCheck took what felt like forever. Buds properly noted the 5 business days delay before shipping could begin. 2) I was expecting a CZ-75B but in fact received a CZ-75BD Police. I was prepared for this thanks to another reviewer posting this happen to them as well. I was ok with either CZ-75B or CZ-75BD so I accepted this model. If you are not wanting the decocker, be aware this could happen and you will have to refuse acceptance at the FFL. 3) Handgun cosmetically was in much better shape than the product description's image. Worn muzzle and sight areas primarily. The biggest cosmetic issue is that the finish was completely removed for the "Interarms-Houston" marking on the side of the frame. This left a full couple inches of bare metal on the frame. I was planning on refinishing so it doesnt matter to me. 4) The magazine is so poorly worn the slide will not hold open although this was supposed to be '100% functional'. I attempted to get replacement magazine through Buds Support Center, but they will not send a replacement. I have to do a full handgun return if I want. Very dissatisfied with this outcome. I will leave a slightly less than average rating for this experience due to not getting the model I expected and the magazine not being functional. Their support's answer was to go through a full refund process rather than just replacing the magazine.

First off, let me state that I love this pistol. It is my first ever CZ handgun and it is extremely comfortable to the hand and shoots extremely well. My slide is marked 94 for the year, and does show a fair number of dings and very slight scaling under the grips. However, this item was marketed as a CZ75B having the firing pin block. The box is also marked as the CZ75B, but the pistol is marked as only being a 75, and when you take it down there is no firing pin safety meaning its the pre-B model. By no means is this a complaint, I'm happy either way as I'm going to rebuild it into a project competition pistol.

Item received was in much better cosmetic condition than sample picture. The exact model I received was a 2000 CZ-75BD Police. Aside from large spot ground off for import marking the gun had only relatively minor holster wear. Paint was worn off the sights. Bore was dark but rifling was still good, definitely shootable. Came with 1 steel magazine with no markings. I only had time to do minor range testing: It is incredibly accurate using cheap aluminum-cased 115gr 9mm I found in my girlfriend's car (she's not a shooter, no idea where it came from). Had a couple of FTE's, which some googling says is common for older 75's running aluminum-cased ammo. Exceptionally comfortable gun to hold and shoot, balance is just perfect. Definitely worth $300. I deducted 1 star because the monkeys at Interarms Texas should have done a better job engraving it. Still very happy with the purchase.

The product was as expected - it was listed as being in poor condition and that's how it came. It is currently being duracoated by my gunsmith (where it was transferred) so I cannot comment on it's function although it appeared to be 100% functional and my gunsmith confirmed that fact. As far as what arrived, the finish was in poor condition but not rusty or corroded. One of the grip panels was cracked. Some previous owner had used white-out or some type of white paint on the rear sight. As I said, everything was how I expected it - regardless of the condition I planned to have it duracoated so I was not particularly concerned about the finish. However, based on the cracked grip panel, I might have ordered one in fair condition with hindsight. Either way, it was a great deal and recommended.
