Just a beautiful gun. Fit and finish excellent, and big enough to make shooting 10mm pleasant and comfortable. Would recommend.

First 10mm that I bought. Nice weight, adjustable sights, accurate.

This is a very nice offering from Sig. The fit and finish is superb. The solid stainless frame and slide handles the 10mm cartridge extremely well and makes it a delight to shoot. I wish the trigger had less takeup, but the break is very nice.
I do have a few minor, but noteworthy grievances with the pistol. First, though the grip is beautiful, even with the checkering, it's extremely smooth and slippery. I do believe I'll change this for extended range use.
Second, on my first outing with this pistol, the top round of a full mag tended to nosedive and hang up. I believe this was mostly due to the mags being new and extremely tight. Plus, I was using Sig Elite 10mm which has a very broad, flat nose.. every subsequent shot ran flawlessly, however.
Finally, the set-screw that holds the rear sight loosened on me after the first 50ish rounds. I tightened it with a small drop of loctite and it has since been a nonissue.
I would definitely recommend this pistol.

Very nice! Fit and finish is great. The trigger is good, however could be a little better. Went to range and compared to my Glock 20 and the Sig has less recoil. Well worth the money and Buds did a great job. Bought the Black one also! Basically a newer design 1911 type pistol!!

This gun brings back good memories. My first gun was an all nickel Sig P226, and I regret ever selling that gun over 20 years ago. I decided to purchase this gun because first, I wanted a 10mm in my collection, and second I wanted something like that 226. This gun does not disappoint. This gun will definitely be staying in my collection. If you are looking for a everyday carry gun this is not the gun for you, it is heavy. If you are looking for a good backwoods gun and a gun that can help tame the 10mm, you have found the gun for you. On top of that dealing with Bud’s was a breeze.
