The revolver shoots like a dream. The only complaint I have is with the quality of machining. On the inside of the frame, when the cylinder is removed, half of the surfaces is not machined to a smooth surface. This takes away from the "Pride of Ownership." Like I said the revolver shoots great, so I just overlook the factory defect, but shame on Ruger for letting this one out the door.

this is hands down my favorite handgun i own, it is smooth to cock which only gets better the more you use it. I am no means a crack shot with a handgun, i couldnt hit the barn if i was standing in it but with this gun i can shoot a solid group.

Great gun that is built like a tank! Fit and finish is perfect, as every other Ruger revolver that I own. I did a quick range run to test fire it and ran 50-rounds through it, with a mix of 158gr Remington 38 Special +P and PMC 357 magnum 158gr jacketed soft point; functioning flawlessly. It is a really fun gun to shoot. As always Bud delivers a great product!

Ordered on a Sunday, got it on Thursday, excellent service from buds, fun and accurate revolver, 38 spc have no recoil. Just upgraded the grips for wood, it look even better.

Solid construction. Functions flawlessly. The finish develops a nice depth with some careful polishing. Shoots consistently and the heft handles strong loads quite nicely.

I've had many of these Blackhawks. This one is is as good as all the rest. I would guess that i've had 25-30 of these Blackhawks and still have rifles and pistols.

This gun is perfect for me! Very responsive. Definitely has some barrel weight but the kick on the 158 grain .357 mag rounds will make you appreciate the barrel weight.

Neat single action revolver. Quality of the firearm is top-notch and I expect it to still be functional long after I'm gone. The recoil was manageable and it's deadly accurate. Shot about 150 rounds of Fiochi 357 mag 158 grain without any hiccups. Hit black consistently at the 20 yard line. Overall good purchase and I'm probably going to stick to Ruger for future purchases.

was looking for a single action .357 recolver and after months pf research and reviews i decided to go with this ruger new model blackhawk and boy i was not disappointed. shoots and feels like a champ shot over 220 rounds and had no issues so far, real fun shooter. Buds shipped in a timely manner and revolver was perfect. will definitely buy from buds again and will recommwnd. i recommend this revolver if youre looking for a single action 357 cant go wrong with this ruger.

This could be the perfect Handgun. Well, it is new and a beautiful specimen. Bud's got it to the FFL fine and $96 under MSRP, so I sprung for some Rosewood grips. Last Summer, I got a Single-Six from Bud's and I love shooting it. I have shot 100 rounds of .38, fun to shoot. I have bought 7 guns from Bud's, saved enough to maybe buy number 8. And it is exempt from the dreaded California Gun List.

Once again Buds is spot on with processing and delivery time. The name Ruger speaks for itself- Quality and made in the USA. This 357 is rock solid and flawless in its cylinder timing and lock-up. Crisp clean trigger pull probably in the 2-3 pound range. Blueing is dead on without any blemishes I can see. this gun is a bad ass gun it is a tank and a nail driver i have 3 ruger firearms and they are the best guns that i have ever had even out shoots my colt. buds did a hell of a job on there service the gun was here in 2 days good job. as soon as i can get the boss A.K.A. my wife to let me get a nother one i will be back at buds.
