Truth be told none of this is on buds, this is more an issue with Sig. I purchased this exact rifle a year and a half ago and since purchasing it, I’ve had nothing but issues. It doesn’t cycle properly, bolt doesn’t lock back on final round in the mag, and worst of all, when you call sig to ask them to take a look at it, you better have not done a damn thing to it in an attempt to fix it, because based on how there trash level customer service rep talked down at me about it there policy, if you do so much as drop in an aftermarket trigger, your warranty is void and you’re liable for all costs. Even if you revert the weapon back to factory specs, it’s still not under warranty and based on my conversation with their customer service rep, they have zero interest in your firearm working. So don’t buy sig fellas, $1,000 retail when I purchased for an AR that doesn’t even cycle. Avoid sig AR platforms!!!!

150 rounds of 556 at 25 and 50 yards. With a good Sig Sauer scope. Rifle did very well and past all my dreams and thank you for a great AR 15 (RM40016BS M400 556/223 N)

Great rifle, very clean, tight, and well-constructed. Have not had the opportunity to shoot it yet, but hoping to in the next couple of days.

I chose to buy the rifle and found out for sure that the rifle has a forward assist, dust cover and comes with a Magpul folding rear iron site; however, you have to put the site on yourself. It is incredibly easy to do, though. I ran through 50 rounds of 55gr 5.56 in quick succession and the barrel started smoking a bit. It's been some time since I've shot an AR, so I can't remember if that is normal for a 16in barrel or not.
