  A:

  Any firearm can be returned as long as you do not go through the transfer process. Once you transfer it and you are the owner, you are no longer able to return it. Any issues should be handled through the manufacturer's warranty process.

  Marlon, yes this includes the faux suppressor. Since it's a fake suppressor and doesn't suppress any noise it doesn't require a tax stamp or any extra paperwork. Hope this helps.
