Great little gun for your pocket, only draw back is way to many safety\'s but you get used to them. Buds as always was the best

For the price, I am definitely impressed. Couldn't ask for anything better. Only issue is the magazine; it supposed to hold 10 + 1, however I'm only able to get 9 + 1. No big though, bought some spare magazines from Phoenix Arms and a third party, so having them balances it out (similar issues with those magazines too). For the size, it's a hair on the heavy side, but compares to a 32acp or a 380 in weight. Shoots amazingly smooth, which is the #1 priority; and is easy (for me at least) to clean.

My 3rd gun from Bud's. Service is consistently great. On the positive side: I enjoy shooting the gun and have found it to be reliable and accurate, the trigger is a little gritty but nothing affecting performance, it is a little heavy for a ccw gun but the weight is what helps minimize recoil, price is outstanding and it is made in USA. On the negative side: was driest out of box of any gun I have ever purchased (+11 handguns), I refused to shoot it until I had striped it and oiled it, which produced my only major dissatisfaction...it is a @#$%#%# to get apart and worse to reassemble, however with time, thought, videos from UTUBE, reading, etc., it became reasonably doable. The engineering is so different that it made no sense to me for some time. Then something said on one of the videos I watched caused the whole thing to click in my mind and no problems since. It only came with one magazine which is OK I guess but it is a 10+1 capacity only is the dreams of some engineer. After everything I know how to do to soften the magazine spring, it still takes only 9 rounds at best. It has been a fun gun as much from the challenge of mastering its engineering as shooting it. It is too small a calibre for serious defense, but it is better than throwing marbles.

As countless others have stated the safeties are awkward... I knew that going in, but still the reality was more awkward than I thought it would be. It\'s a decent gun as a back up to a back up...or what have you...but too awkward (at least for me) to have confidence I could deploy it rapidly/correctly enough in a desperate moment, and I am retired military. Quality etc is not the issue, design is.

Budsguns.com makes buying a firearm fast and easy with top notch sales associates. This was my first time ordering a gun online and I made a mistake on my order form. Bud's was quick to contact me and sort things out on my order so I could get my gun. My order arrived in two days at my local FFL dealer. The gun as well as the service was top notch. Thanks Bud's from your newest loyal customer.

I enjoy a variety of firearms and calibers, and I've waited too long to order the HP25. It is amazing value for the money, and I'm happy that it's made in the U.S.

On arrival, I found it was pretty heavy in lube, so much I had to wipe it and the magazine down before firing. My FFL is also a range, so I got to try it out within minutes of receiving it. I had the forethought to bring along some ammo, too.

The HP25 is accurate and I perceived virtually no recoil. I achieved tight groups at 5 and 7 yards, and had no feed or firing issues with PMC .25 50 grain.

It is a heavy gun, but that just makes it "feel good" in the hand. It comes with a single mag, but additional mags can be quickly ordered from the manufacturer.

As many have noted, it's really hard to get the advertised capacity (10) in the mag. I could manage 7 okay, 8 is where it got tricky. Hopefully leaving it with 8 for a few days will help condition the spring, but seriously, even getting that 8th one in almost caused me to cut my thumb.

Otherwise, no complaints. It's accurate, affordable, American made, and fun. Even someone with weak hands can fire this. Cock the hammer back and the slide racks even easier.

It's a good starter/training pistol for new shooters.

This pistol goes bang every time. Was able to hit a soda can at about 15 yards most of the time.
No recoil and just fun to play but I can't get more that eight rounds in the magazine.

Just purchased this firearm via Bud's. This is my 4th or 5th firearms related purchase from Bud's and couldn't be happier with the buying experience. Now on to the firearm.

1. I have NOT fired this weapon yet. I will be giving my first impressions and updating after a 150 round range trip. I will document all failures, if any.

2. What I like:

This gun is HEAVY. To my that is a good thing as it isn't a particularly large firearm. While not talking about a large caliber pistol, even in a .22LR there's recoil and muzzle flip.
In this .25ACP configuration I can't see felt recoil or muzzle flip being an issue, as also evidenced by various YouTube users who have reviewed this firearm already.

The machining is good. Not perfect, but certainly not something to give me pause. Mind you I didn't purchase this gun as a bragging piece, nor did I purchase it as a security firearm. I have others for self defense that i will go to first.
I bought it because I like uncommon firearms, I wanted something in .25 ACP, and after much research, this is the best one on the market if you don't want to pay Colt for an overpriced gun. For the price point you get what you pay for
but the pistols' longevity and reliability is seemingly well documented, so I made the purchase knowing that even if every single person was BSing, I wouldn't be out much money.

So far I have been pleasantly surprised, both by the quality of the firearms manufacture, and its preceded reputation for such an inexpensive option.

3. What I Don't like:

The safety system. Don't let it sway you away from buying this gun. There are quick modifications you can do to alleviate the BS magazine safety issue this thing has. YouTube user BLDalton85 Gaming has an excellent explanation and guide into making these modifications without voiding the warranty.

I will reserve making a recommendation until I have personally fired this weapon in the coming day or so.

This thing shoots like a champ!!! I never expected anything more than a marginal experience from a gun like this, but it shoots 3" groups at 50 yards; miraculous! The only issue I have is the overly complicated/redundant safety arrangement.
