Bought one for my dad and my self for Father's Day. The classic design, 6 inch octagon barrel, extra cylinder for different .22 ammo was a nice touch. Not to mention comes with a key and lock storage box to secure your gun away safely! That's was a unexpected surprise. Highly recommend as a historic item to give as a gift!!! 10/10

The first time I saw the pistol it took my breath away. I did not want to fire it. I took it to the range and fired twenty rounds from each cylinder. the pistol is very easy to use and very accurate even with the magnum ammo. Two shooters at the range offered to buy it. I gave them the web address and price. they both are going to purchase one when they get home. I am going to look again at the one with the shorter barrel.

This gun exceeded my expectations. It's very solidly built and the fit and finish are flawless. Function was fine in every aspect. My one worry was that the 6" barrel would be too long to be comfortable if pressed into service as a backup. But it tucks away nicely and is very comfortable, however, where are the dog gone holsters for this 6" Hogleg?!
The 22LR cylinder seemed to be more accurate than the 22M cylinder but in fairness only a couple different kinds of ammo was used in the first range outing. So time will tell! But that front sight works good and may benefit from a dab of White Out? I feel like the 6" barrel is a huge benefit to this gun. The 22LR out of a 6" barrel rather than a 1-1/8" barrel has to be significantly faster and the 22 needs all the help it can get. And you can make hits with it. So it would make a dandy small game pistol too. Overall, they have a winner with this Hogleg 6" mini-revolver!
Don't hesitate to get one of these versatile Hoglegs. I am very happy with it!

Great little gun, with a little practice it is very accurate and awesome for small game.

This is a cool little gun. Off hand at 10 yds I can hold 1" groups with both LR (CCI) and mag (Remington) cylinders. At that range the fixed sights hit about 1" to the left and 1/2" high with both cylinders. It is very small even though its long and is a bit "fiddly".Its a two tone with satin polished sides and a course sand blasted like finish on the top and bottom. The sand blasted portions are harder to clean and are not to my liking. The trigger is not bad about 5-6 pounds but no creep. The sights provide a good usable sight picture. My fake loading leaver pivot pin was drilled a tad off center and I had to polish the latch a bit so it would work freely. All in all I like it for what it is and that is a novelty/range gun , but it is accurate enough to dispatch snakes and rabbit sized targets up close.

WOW great little gun 10-15 yard tac driver. This little gun gets all the accuracy of a larger revolver but can be slipped into a pocket comfortably. Takes a little practice to get used to the small size in the hand but once you do its amazing and fun.

This is probably the coolest little gun I've ever bought! These feel awesome in your hand and always draw attention. The quality and craftsmanship on these is phenomenal for the price. You really feel like you are holding a sturdy piece of steel. The grips are nice. I can fit 2 fingers on it with a finger on the trigger. They are pretty accurate.. trigger/hammer are pretty heavy though, but tolerable in this type of gun. Cylinders remove very smoothly and easily, just drop the fake loading gate down and pull the pin out. The blast and recoil are a little more that what you'd expect a 22mag to be capable of, but that just adds to the fun for me. Great little plinker or pest/rodent control
