Is this bipod for prone shooting? From what I see on description it adjusts between 9 to 12 inches? Is that correct?

HI Michael, It can be used for prone shooting while sitting. 9-12" is the correct size.

Michael, the height adjustments are correct. There are better options(range of adustment wise) for prone shooting for us normal sized folks. They can be used for prone shooting through sitting shooting.
