Will I be able to put this slide and trigger group in the X-Series Compact grip module?

Chris - Warning - I am not a SIG connoisseur. that said, I'm not sure the slide of this model will fit the X series modules. The grip modules for the 320C appear to have at least one point that is different from the X series modules - that being the notch in the grip of the 320C for the slide lock. The X-series modules do not appear to have that notch. The modules sold specifically for the 320C do have that notch. So, I'm not sure the X-series module is interchangeable with the 320C slide and internals. I gladly yield the floor here to any SIG aficionado who knows for sure.

Is this considered compact or sub compact. Some what similar to Glock 19 size? This sig carry?

its a compact size gun yes you are correct it is very close to the G19 in size

William, this is the "Compact" Size model. The overall size is close the Glock 19 Pistol.

Will this gun accept the 13 round magazines?

Yes it will as long as it’s for a P320.

Are these newer production pistols with updated trigger?

The guns Buds have are all of recent Manufacture so the odds are very high that the have the upgraded trigger that being said the only way to know with 100% certainty is the check the S/N. Buds will not give out the S/N but be confident that if you do get one that needs the upgrade Sig will take care of you
