light weight even loaded is not that heavy,mag capacity is a plus specially for range day,fits and works perfectly with smith and wesson m&p series

Picked up 2 of these and the coupler so have 80 rnds ready to go. Is heavy especially with my ar being heavy barrel, but balanced very nicely.

As always, great dealing with Buds, good price and quick delivery. The Magpul 40 is the first 40 rd I’ve put he’s and took the AR to the range and put 200 down range using this magazine without a hiccup. Feeds perfectly even at max capacity. I'd rather have a couple of these instead of a drum mag. These fit in all of the open top mag carriers, your back pocket, whatever. They take paint just fine if you want to camo it.
