I bought the Winchester SX3 20 Gage in conjunction with my daughter for her husband for Christmas. I own a Remington VersMax and love it but they didn’t make it in a 20 Gage. I looked at a lot of guns of every make and model that were 20 Gage Semi Auto. After a lot of research and consulting with another son-in-law we settled on the SX3 in Camo 26 in. We specifically wanted the 26” to make it easy for my daughter and the children to shoot it. We he was absolutely surprised on Christmas morning when we delivered it to him. Later that day 4 of us shot skeet off the back of his yard in Idaho. We were shooting an SX3 12 gage, SX3 20 Gage, VersaMax 12 Gage and a Model 12 (1955 make) long gun full choke. Wow did we have a lot of fun. Every gun was a pleasure to shoot. Of course the semi auto’s were a dream to shoot but it was amazing how well we all did with the Model 12. We missed some clays but for the most part they were obliterated by each gun. I was amazed at the speed and accuracy of the SX3 20. It was so much lighter than the others. Very easy to shoot and a dream to handle. It was a real big hit with my Son-in-law. He loved the gun. You won’t be disappointed with this gun. Great fo shooting skeet and everyone from Dad, Mom and the kids will enjoy shooting.
