The device shipped with a battery inside it (and 2 more in the box). The battery was totally dead , but no leaking that I could tell. The box still had factory seal. The scope powers itself Off as soon as you turn it On (intimately). Will contact SIG tomorrow for support. Not happy :( This was my first time buying a SIG product and would not recommend it.
