This is a fine firearm. It has a nice trigger and the finish is flawless. The only improvement would be adjustable sights.

Bud's shipping was timely considering the holiday season, the Springfield Garrison is an awesome pistol, this is my second one. It did require a break in, it had a lot of failures to eject in about the first 40 rounds and then started running flawlessly with the stock mag and mecgar 8's running Remington 230 grain hardball, blazer brass and 230 grain federal hydroshock.

Beautiful gun. Slide is smooth and trigger feels great. Finish is excellent

Very happy with my purchase. Did same as cash price with checking account draft. Took a little longer, but saved some cash. Was looking for a loaded model, would have had the polished finish, this was what I went with. Looked at the Vickers Delta model, and did some research. Vickers did not go with the ambidextrous safety for carry purposes, that was my deciding factor for this purchase. Great gun, great store. Big thumbs up!

Hands down my favorite gun I own. Springfield can make a great 1911.

I’m really like this pistol, my first 1911 and not my last. I’m no expert but I think the fit and finish on this Springfield is top shelf, especially at this price point. If you’re on the hunt for a well made great running weapon, this is it.

Second springfield 1911, they run awesome, and are extremely well built. Gonna say I was disappointed with the finish on this particular gun. Obviously there is a price difference between the blued and stainless version. I happy paid the price difference as I always wanted a ss 1911. If you look at the pic you notice how the top strap and the end of the slide look grey, well it actually looks that way in person. I understand that might be kinda of a dumb thing to not like I understand that the top strap is to stop glare, but it actually makes the gun look mismatched in the color. If I had see this in person, I probably just would of saved a bit of money and gotten myself the blued version, as I had seen that when I went to pick up mine, and it looked good. Before you buy just check a few photos of Google to see what it looks like. Other then that happy with my buy.
