This is a great long range target rifle. Bore sights were off but it was easy to get aligned.

Solid gun. Shoots straight, sighted in in 3 shots. I had the composite stock and wanted a walnut as well. 243 is just a nice shooting round. Scope is ok

Bolt is extremely stiff and has to be sent back to Savage after firing only 9 rounds,spend a little more money and get the 110/111.

Super fast shipping and great pricing as usual with Buds. I am impressed as all get out with the accuracy of this rifle. Once I got it dialed in My shots were touching each other at 100yds with 70grn federals. The Bushnell scope really surprised me, very clear glass for a bottom of the line Bushnell.

Savage has come a long way over the years, especially with the Axis series. Nothing but good to say about it. Buds has never steered me wrong. This is not the first purchase I have made from them, and it will not be the last either.

This is an excellent rifle and comes with a very good riflescope. The adjustable trigger is superior. Overall, an outstanding value for the price. The rifle is very accurate - upon sighting-in, my second group of three rounds could easily be covered with a nickel coin.
