Made in the USA, the MOE Rifle Stock (Magpul Original Equipment) is a drop-in replacement for AR15/M16 A1 and A2 rifle stocks utilizing the standard rifle-length receiver extension (buffer tube). Designed as a basic upgrade, the stock features integral 1.25" sling loop, optional dual-side front, and rear QD mounting points, replaceable anti-slip rubberized butt-pad, and internal storage compartment accessible through the rear storage door.

Searched the net for an A1 or A2 stock for my 308 build, didn't find much of a choice, always out of stock or too expensive. found this stock on another site, but the price was still out of line, so I did a major search and found the stock at Bud's at an average 50% savings, so I made the purchase. When the stock came in, I was amazed, the hinged butt plate revealed a much larger interior space than the usual A1 or A2 provides, has a slot for a fixed sling, and also ambi pockets to add the Magpul QD swivel sockets(sold separately). all in all, nice design of the standard A2 hook, easy install, ruggedly made. I would not hesitate, to promote this stock to someone else, looking for a replacement for the standard AR stock. Excellent. Thanks Bud's!

Product is from Magpul so just like everything else I own from Magpul it's quality is second to none. As far as the processing and shipment of my order goes, Buds fell short of anything close to satisfactory. After several days of no activity on my order I tried to contact Buds by phone, that was impossible so I attempted to use the "CHAT" option. lol After 25 minutes waiting for an associate to respond I did get a message saying that my order had been sent to the shipping department, information that I already obtained from my account order history. Received my order a week after ordering. A week is way too long if Buds wants to compete with Amazon and stay in the online business.
