i was wondering if this can be shipped to California, I'm replacing the stock with and grip with a thordsens stock and grip to make is featureless.

Yup. The lower itself is fine until you attach an upper in it capable of semi-auto operations without appropriately altering the lower first.

I purchased the Spikes Tactical STLC200-SBS lower from Bud's Gun Shop. It arrived quicker than I expected, looked great, performed flawlessly! I could of purchased it just a little cheaper elsewhere, but the Bud's reputation is what sold me (and Hickok45 too). The service was great, the price and product was great, and I expect to buy more from Bud's real soon!

Well, its nice looking, yes, sorry, I did say that first... The picture shown here, is NOT what you are getting. You get the colored bullet for the safe and fire selection. The pistol grip is textured with a nice pattern design... This Spike lower meshes (FITS) well on a DDV1 or FNH upper. On a Radical Arms upper it is a bit wobbly...The stock is OK, it has the Spike logo on it as well as the buffer tube. The top portion of the stock where you rest your cheek has small holes showing you the stock position, which is helpful... All in all its a well built Mil Spec lower... I would NOT recommend it on a Radical Arms upper, at least from my experience it is a bit too wobbly. On a Daniel D or FNH i would 100% recommend for the FIT and of course function it is as good as my Mil Spec DD lower, nice trigger travel and reset.... As for BUDS? The price was competitive and they did a great job with the transfer to my FFL and the shipping was FAST!

Great lower, this model does have the color fill, white safety markings on both sides as well as single and fun switch modes marked in red. I will be removing the color fill except for the fun switch. Looks, feels, and functions good. Have not shot it yet. Was test fired by my armorer. Yes, would recommend

I don't know if this review will actually be helpful, but I just love Spikes colorfilll lowers and not to say that their better or worse than any other lowers out there, but I have never had a problem with any of their lowers that I have purchased

Do not hesitate to buy, this is one great lower! The picture does not give it justice. The selector markings for safe are highlighted in white and in red for fire, nice touch. The grip is Spikes Pro Grip which is much nicer than what is pictured. The ST-2 buffer has the Spider logo on the end, Nice! This is my first time purchasing from Bud's, very easy to buy and they did a great job with shipping, arrived at my FFL in five days. Thank you Bud's, will purchase from you again.

Great quality complete lower from Spike's. Had heard lots of good things about them but never owned one of their products. Even my local FFL was impressed, saying that it had the best "factory style" trigger he had seen on a complete lower. One thing to note. The picture is not the lower I received. Mine has the bullet pictograms for safety selector "colored" in red and white. While this is not what I was expecting it does give the receiver a bit more personality. Bud's service was top notch although it did take the full 7 days to ship my order, although all my emails were responded to quickly. I will definitely purchase here again...Thanks Bud's and Spike's!!
