The built-in extractor makes removing a cartridge easy and the checkered stock provides a better grip. This rifle has a manual trigger block safety and comes with a 1-piece base already mounted so you can easily install your favorite scope. The model has a synthetic black stock and blued finish on the barrel and frame.
