Just curious what is rebuilt? Does it come in factory box with all factory accessories?

Hi Mike, Once a firearm is returned to Glock for a rebuild, Glock replaces any worn parts, refinishes the metal parts and lists the firearm as a “rebuild.” Once complete with a new finish and new parts, the firearms are sold at a discount as rebuilds, designated by Glock’s orange label. When you purchase a factory refurbished model, you are basically getting a brand-new firearm with its full life in front of it. You should feel full confidence in picking up a rebuilt firearm, while also enjoying a lighter cost at the register. It comes in a box with all the accessories normally included. The “reconditioned “ guns are guns returned to glock after being used by someone. In some cases police agencies, pistols used for testing and evaluation, perhaps sample pistols used for other demonstrations or possibly even guns used in armorers classes. A gun they can not sell as new, so they replace all the springs and inspect the pistol and sell as factory reconditioned

Hi Mike and welcome. Factory reconditioned means it went back to the original equipment manufacturer (GLOCK) to be tested and - if necessary - repaired. In the case of a repair, they typically replace parts. As such, the unit will often look and function as if new. Further, factory reconditioned units usually have a manufacturer warranty. Miguel, I'm 99% sure this is a standard Glock 17 without the MOS optic system but buds is using the incorrect upc or model number. So I would contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm or you can use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. They'll be able to assist you. We're just customers as yourself but normally we can answer questions like this but since it's rebuilt the upc and picture show it's a Glock 17 gen 5 MOS model with the mos optic cut but the model number says it's a standard Glock 17 gen 5 without an optics cut. Buds is using the incorrect upc or model number so you would have to contact buds customer service for a definite answer. Sorry can't give a definite answer but hope this helps some.
