Great gun, wish the accents were stainless also but that's beretta being cheap.

Beautiful gun made with the fine level of craftsmanship I have come to expect from Beretta. The grip is rather fat, but I have medium sized hands and the gun fits me like I glove. The rubber grips have small bumps and give me a good, positive feeling grip on the weapon. All in all, a great gun.

My order of the Beretta 92FS was handle in a very professional manner. Everything was just as promised. The only thing I wished was different is price, but Buds was the lowest I could find for these times of few Guns and low ammo supplies. Over all Buds did a very good job on having a supply and delivery on time. The pistol is just what i wanted and very good quality. I have another Beretta M9 also from Buds and am so pleased with it that I bought this one in SS,great guns!!!

This gun is a natural extension of your hand. It just feels right. The sights from the factory were spot on (checked with a bore sight). Since the gun is full sized the kick is minimal. This gun is tame enough for newbie training. The stock plastic guide rod is cheap looking. As soon as I got the gun I ordered the metal replacement. It looked like a child's cheap plastic play dart. I would have taken something off of the rating for this if I didn't think the gun was a joy to shoot. The weight and balance are perfect. I purchased wood grips but the stock rubber felt better (so the wood grips are in a drawer somewhere). This gun field strips in seconds. It has never had an FTE or FTF on any ammo I have yet to try, though I keep expecting one. My only other rub is that the sights are invisible in dim light (wrong color). The fit and finish are beautiful. This is a well engineered, well made gun. This was my first purchase from Buds and they did everything right. Prompt delivery with status emails every step of the way. Thanks Buds.

What can be said about this pistol that hasn't already been said over the years? This is probably the most reliable pistol on the planet. The 92/M9 was my service pistol for 4 years, I loved it then and I love it now. This thing is a tac driver. The DA trigger is long but smooth, the SA trigger is so crisp. Really not any real cons, but if I had to list something negative it would be the plastic guide rod and plastic trigger. It helps with weight but I prefer the metal parts and will most likely swap them out. Neither of these affect the performance of this gun though. Anyone looking for a first hangun, look no further. The beretta 92 will not do you wrong. I have only fired about 100 rounds with my new one, but I had well over 5000 rounds through my service pistol and I hate to admit it, but that was with rare cleanings. this thing is a work horse.
