Fantastic Buds Service at a fair price. Great Shooting pistol but sensitive to ammo brands. Federal Auto Match 22Lr works great.

Very reliable and accurate, the gun functions perfectly. No FTF or FTE. Lite great for a woman or child to start with due to low recoil.

A sweet little .22 that is fun and inexpensive to shoot. Shot all different kinds of ammo without a problem. Nice fit to my small hands. Accuracy is good. An excellence practice gun.

If you use the right ammo, it does not jam and perform very well.

This was the first pistol that I ordered from here and I was very impressed with the outstanding customer service.

Fun to shoot but a pain to reassemble after cleaning.

What a fun gun! Took it to the range the first time today and shot 370 rounds with ANY jams, FTE's, FTF's and so on - this pistol works flawless and is also very accurate. shot her at 45 and 75 feet and was very pleased with the results. I used Federal Champion Hollow point copper plated ammo (36 gr) Great deal and cheap ammo!

Out of the box I was able to shoot 3" groups at 25 yards with Aguila high velocity 40g solid point rounds. It also functioned almost flawlessly with all other ammo tested: CCI solid point and hollow point Mini-Mag, Fiocchi 40g high velocity, Remington Viper and Aguila Interceptor hyper velocity rounds. It is also easy to dissassemble and clean. Early on there was one failure to feed, but that was probably because the pistol needed to be broken in. The interchangeable plastic front sights for elevation and the windage adjustable rear sight function well, but do appear to be less sturdy than the rest of the pistol. Overall, still a great value.

First off, thanks again to Buds for their awesome service, fast shipping and excellent pricing. This is my second purchase from Bud's and have my eye on a third purchase. Bud's was $100 cheaper than my local gun shop for this pistol. Second, this is a great little plinker. I've heard they can be picky with ammo, but I didn't experience any issues using high velocity rounds. When I first brought it home, I field stripped it and cleaned it. I went to the range with 50 rounds of Federal Game Shock HPs (1430 fps) and 50 rounds of Winchester Super X HPs (1330 fps). All 100 high velocity rounds loaded well, fired, and ejected. A few did have an erratic ejection path, but not a big deal. I did notice that the Winchester rounds had a lot more smoke and seemed a bit dirtier, but no firing issues. I'll be trying some CCI stingers and Remington Gold's next. I love this pistol and can't wait to shoot it again!

Fun, fun, fun! Packs a little wallop for a .22 and has a very nice action. Seems a bit picky on ammo, mine loves Remington Thunderbolts, dislikes the Gold Hollow Points. No remorse on this impulse buy- great for small hands too! The wife and kids call it their favorite for that reason alone. Excellent ergos!

I took my Walther P22 straight home, field stripped it, and then went right to the range. Great little .22 More importantly was the service from Bud's. I got this gun in trade. Bud's received my trade on Friday. My P22 arrived the following Wednesday by 1:00 PM leaving me plenty of time to get to the range. Bud's was outstanding, communicated with me well (I am always nervous about buying online) answered all my 1000's of questions promptly, even spoke with Derek. A++++ service. Thanks Bud's! I am averaging a new gun about every 3 weeks this summer, so time to settle down. Next gun I buy will be from Bud's, hopefully a nice Springfield Armory XDM!

Great plinker. Perfect for teaching those new to hanguns. Not a target gun. Can be a tad picky about ammo. Lots of fun and if you can find decent .22 ammo these days you can actually afford to shoot it!

I bought one a few weeks ago, put about 100 rds through so far. Nice little plinker. $300 is a little much for it, but with 9mm, 40 & 45ACP getting hard to find it makes the price tag abit easier to handle. Had a few jams using CCI, swithced to federal ammo and had no problems.

This is one great little gun. I am teaching my grandchildren how to shoot and gun safety and a gun with very little recoil is a great starter gun. I shoot Remington Golder Bullets that are 1280fps. Anything less will occationaly jam. I usually take this gun when I travel loaded with CCI Stingers. Not a powerful gun, but small, light and easy to carry. Take down is a little hard to get used to with the alighnment pin, but easy once I got the hang of it. Only problem is all my buddies want to shoot it when I go to the range.

I just purchased the p22 for my dad as his first concealed carry weapon, we both like it and find it very easy to handle, load, carry, and fire. He has a Henry .22 LR and I got him this so he would not have to mess around with different types of ammo. Overall it is a good handgun for first timers and young adults.

I took my Walther P22 straight from the box to the range and shot about 50 rounds. I had one miss fire but I'm using cheap ammo. This is a fun little gun. I would recommend this gun to anyone as a fun little plinker.

I am over the moon about this little pistol. Fired a load of rounds through it this morning with only 1 misfire. It is fun and most of all cheap to shoot.

Cool gun. Cleaned it up when I got it and took it out to the range. Went through a box of cheap Remington Golden Bullets. A few FTE but I did NOT need expensive MiniMags to make it work. Very happy :)

I picked one of these up for my wife to use on a regular basis so she can pratice more shooting in place of her 9MM. My wife and I are very impressed with this psitol. Very accurate and fun to shoot. A definite smart buy for anyone who shoots at a range on a regular basis. $283 is well worth the purchase price for this pistol. All of you that paid $209 surely lucked out :)

I am HIGHLY impressed with this little gun and can't figure out what all the complaints are about that I read on the net. I got one of the new "L" models with "B" series mags and it is one of only two autos I've owned over the years that is perfectly reliable. Accuracy is excellent as is the trigger. Some complain about using the included plastic dowel to reassemble after cleaning but it really isn't any big deal and cleaning is not required as often as with center fire guns. I agree with the well informed authorities who advocate never scrubbing the bore of a .22 that uses only copper plated ammo. The size and form factor make this a perfect gun to carry in a baggy front jeans pocket (with paddle holster) so much so I often use it for CCW. Not a bear killer caliber but no one wants to be shot even with a .22 and I can take comfort in knowing it's tucked away unnoticed when I go into the MULTITUDE of places that prohibit CCW here in NC. What would have happened if Ms. Assam hadn't had a gun with her at church out in Colorado a while back?!

I bought mine a while back when Bud's was selling them for $209. Since then I've put at least 10,000 rounds through it. Out of a box of 500 Rem hollow points, I can expect to get at least one or two jams, occasianaly having to bust out the old cleaning rod to get one clear. On the whole, I really like it. Cheap to shoot, accurate, and as 22's go reliable ( esp. given the kind of ammo I routinely shove down this little gems throat )

Shot about 500 rounds trough mine so far, have had maybe 2-3 jams, probally mostly because it was old ammo I was shooting. Excellent little gun.

I love my little P22. Once in a while, and I mean like 1 out of 150 or so, I'll get a jam when using the cheapest "bulk" ammo. But it seems 100% when using quality ammo such as CCI mini-mags, etc.

Took mine to the range today, put about 150 remington 22 lr hollow points down range with only 2 fouls. Bulk ammo did not matter as we shot. Nice little plunker. Again Bud's Gun Shop done it again!!! Very Happy James Roberson
