Good solid carry choice- accurate right out of the box and handles the 115 grain with acceptable recoil. Heavier bullets give significant recoil- No failure to fire with 200 rds- read the manual carefully when you reassemble after cleaning- the take down pin can be a challenge to reinsert. Overall is a good CCW choice.

One unusual thing thing about this pf-9 was that it didn't do a last round hold open as it should on the first run through a mag, but since then, it has run flawless. This is my second PF-9 and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would recommend the product. I like it a lot and it is the most comfortable carry I have ever had. I highly recommend buds. I have had nothing but great experiences from there.

Great CCW. I put a couple hundred rounds through it after I got it. No FTFs or FTEs or any other problems. Decent grouping for such a small gun in my hands, but still easy to control. Also it is extremely light. I ordered the belt clip for it and can comfortably carry it in athletic shorts. Of course Buds was great too.

It took me a few rounds to get use to the way it fires, but after that i was dead on at 15ft. I may be able to go farther and shoot tighter groups with pratice but this is a great ccw. No problems with jams as others have stated.

I received my PF9 KEL-TEC from Bud's last Thursday Oct. 11, I immediately went and fired 37 rounnds thru it, I was in a rush to leave town for the weekend so that's why only that few rounds. The following Wednesday Oct.17 I went to the range to put a few more rounds thru the pf9 to see how it handled , after 110 rounds the thing jammed three repeated times, failure to eject four times....I have to say this KEL-TEC is junk I don't know if they all are but this one is and I'm in the process as of today of getting my money back from KEL-TEC, ..WORST SCENARIO... trade it for something better. You pay for what you get....

This will be our last Kel-Tec. I bought it for my wife as she wanted something thinner than her 38. Right off it failed to extract. Left the empty case half in and half out. I called Kel-Tec and they sent me a new extractor and spring. No help, It might shoot one mag, but never two in a row. Most of the time every other one jamed. Sent it to Kel-tec. After 3 weeks I called them and was told it would be another 5 or 6 weeks!!! When I had a problem with on of our Charter Arms, they paid both ways, and just like the owner ( Mitch ) said, 5 days in the shop and we'll get sent right back to you. Too bad for Kel-Tec. We had a couple of p11 6 years ago and they were great, but when you can't get service that ends it for me.
