So far no jams, and no failures , grip angle makes is easy to shoot with little felt recoil . She also takes cz 75b mags with no feeding issues . Tried different kinds of ammo and it ate Everything. Weight is awesome and balance is great. Sights work very well. Grip is good for small to medium sized hands. No removable back strap so if your hands are get really Pete this gun won't be the best for you. I wish the safety was frame mounted for easier access. I know looks aren't the most important thing , but this gun sexy and it knows it. I highly recommend it.

Awesome handgun! Not only is it one of the baddest looking 9mm's on the market, but shooting it is a joy as well. Recoil is almost non-existent, and accuracy can't be beat. Passed about 400 rds through it in the first week with very consistent groupings. Went shooting with a friend the other day who has a Kimber and an H&K, of all three guns the Baby eagle was by far the most fun to shoot. I highly recommend this handgun, if you are even considering buying it just do yourself a favor and get it. Even after shooting 400 rds of mixed ammo, some dirty even, had no FTFs. 15 round mags make for less reloading, however they have very stiff springs, my only complaint, I will have to invest in a speed loader and extra mags for as much as I plan on shooting. This was my first experience with Bud's, and I must say it was a pleasure. Had my handgun within 3 days of ordering, FFL transfer was smooth and easy. It only cost $20 with the preferred FFL through Bud's. Price of the gun through Bud's was $120 less than I found it for anywhere else, easily makes up for shipping and transfer fees. Will plan on buying all future guns through Bud's.

This was my second purchase from buds and honestly i think that looking for good prices on firearms anywhere else online is a waste of time. After placing my order online, the status of my order was on "processing" for about a week unlike my previous buds purchase (which was 72 hour turnaround in hand) but when it switched to "shipping" it shipped in 2 days. It came pretty greasy wrapped inside a blue bag.  You must clean this gun thoroughly before ever shooting it and it was pretty dirty brand new. It came with two fifteen round mags, a nylon and a brass bore cleaner, magnum research decal sticker, nra literature, etc... In a foam cushioned quality plastic case (as in "quality" compared to other factory gun cases). One of the mags wouldn't load more than 12 rounds no matter how hard i tried and the spring felt very flimsy in regards to levered stability when loading rounds. I disassembled both mags and noticed the defective one had an additional floor plate on the top of the spring below the actual plastic piece that held the rounds. I removed it and reassembled both mags and now that specific  mag holds 16 rounds instead of 15. That's kind of cool. I guess human error on the assembly line but no biggie, just glad i noticed it early. I dislike the placement of the decocker on the slide. It actually prevents you from accessing the serrations on the slide in order to get a good grip when racking the slide back. I wish it was just a simple 1911 style frame mounted (up for safety on, down for safety off) safety but i understand the functionality of the striker blocking decocker. Its DA when u fire from this position and SA afterwards. I might try to remove it completely, with no safety, at my local gunsmith so i can grip the slide better. The height of the slide is also the shortest i've ever handled but i don't mind that much. I have to aim high on targets to hit where i want but after the first trip to the range i think i have a good feel for the accuracy. All minor details that are by far outweighed by the benefits of this pistol. This gun is gorgeous and can honestly say that the grip is molded specifically for me. It fits like a mold of my hand! PERFECT! Best feeling gun in hand bar none. The recoil is so light that when i shot my very first round i thought it misfired. Absolutely loved shooting this gun (after i figured out my usual aiming was low). I put, roughly about, 270 rounds through it at the range. Bought 300 rounds of a combination of walmart winchester whitebox and federal both 115 grain. Shot 50 rounds through my ruger SR9c and the rest through the jericho and randomly placed around 20 rounds of two different brands of 147 grain jhp rounds i keep for home defense throughout the mags to make sure they fed properly. Not a hiccup. All ammo shot flawlessly. Field stripping is simple, quick and easy and the cleaning is likewise. This is my new bedside pistol so i mounted an aim sports tac light which makes this gun look so aggressive and mean. I love the look of this gun. This gun comes highly recommended and i will highly recommend it also. Nice and big and hefty home defense pistol. I would probably recommend a .40 cal of this model. All the minor iffy items i mentioned are simply for people like myself who research a lot and read customer reviews before a purchase,  to have an idea of what to expect. Its my new favorite handgun! This is the best deal if you are considering buying this baby eagle. 5 stars to buds! 5 stars for this master piece of a firearm!

Bought it back in June and put a couple hundred rounds through her so far. Shoots like a champ. No FTF or FTE. Grouping is amazingly tight and the combat 3 dots are perfectly sized. This is now in the rotation with my duty beretta and my off duty carry gun. Magazines are a little pricey if you want the factory ones which are made by Mec-Gar anyways so just get a MG EAA witness mag and its literally the same exact thing. Only issue with this gun Iv'e noticed is the trigger. It's just smooth plastic which is kinda annoying and its DA trigger pull is extremely far. If you have bad trigger pull habits this gun will either piss you off or break you of it. Im a former marine pistol coach so it doesnt bother me but watching other people finger knuckle it as hard as they can and not have it fire is pretty damn hilarious. As always Buds is wonderful. Bought on tuesday arrived on thursday. Once again Buds proves why I hate my local gun stores.
