I purchased my LC9 on a recommendation without having fired it - which was a mistake. My opinion now? There are plenty of small carry 9mm semis on the market. Many are better than this one. PROs - Easy to conceal - Simple breakdown for easy cleaning - Chambered round safety indicator - Locable trigger (uses allan wrench style key provided) - Solid build CONs - Small size for large hands - almost impossible and very uncomfortable to fire with a normal grip and first digit finger trigger - Double action only - Loooooong trigger pull - Kicks like a mule for a small weapon. Couple that with your finger being all the way through the trigger housing and it can be painful to fire.

I have had this gun for over a year now and have been very pleased with it''s performance. I have made a list of pro's and cons below for your consideration. Pro's 1. Small and compact. A great concealed carry gun. 2. Performance. As of today, I have never had an jamming issues or failure to eject issues. 3. Take down and cleaning is a breeze. Con's 1. Short barrel makes accuracy beyond 10 yards very sketchy. That's about all. I hope you like it as much as I do.

I'm a woman with novice experience. Here's my take on the weapon: - Appears to have quality construction, good design, easy to break down/clean - Easy to load and rack - multiple safeties, which I don't mind (can't pull trigger with magazine out, external thumb safety, loaded chamber indicator, DA long trigger pull) - Feel nice in my small hands (thin, single stack, good grip print) - Good sites, with consistent accuracy and reliable (no failures so far) I love this gun and will be using it for CC.

very reliable dose what it claims easy to hide in pocket. long heavy trigger pull takes a little getting use to.

Got my LC9 yesterday and can only say "Thank You Bud's Guns". Can't wait to let the wife shoot it. Got it for her as a CCW. Once again excellent customer service from Bud's. From all that I have read, this shold be perfect for the wife.
