I have used speer gold dot for self defense ammo for quite some time, when I saw it in 50 round boxes for that price I jumped on it right away. This is, in my opinion, the best self defense ammo on the market. It's very accurate out of my 4" XD mod2 and feeds flawlessly. Very reliable ammo, I have never had a bad round or malfunction with speer gold dot ammo. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who wants to carry the best. I will be buying more.

This is a good deal for premium ammo. According to Speer for this SKU number (I contacted them and asked), the primers are sealed, but the case mouth is not. While I would rather have both points sealed, it isn't a deal breaker for me. It shoots well and appears to feed reliably even in smaller pistols with short feed ramps..

This ammo is carried by many officers, deputies and agents. It has always functioned well and been reliable in my guns. It is my only carry ammo.

I trust this ammo with my life! I used this for self defense in my c.c and it performs great. I have done a lot of research on the reliability and performance and it blows away the competition with consistency. I have yet to have a failure, or a misfire, which I cannot say that for any other ammo. I have roughly 200 rounds of this through my gun. I shoot the ammo I have carried in my gun about every two months and my spare mag. No matter cold or hot, sweaty or dusty, it performs every time. Groupings are great right out of the holster. It's worth the money and I am confident it will defend my life when needed. This price was the best I have seen shipped to my house, thanks buds!

I purchased this ammo to use as my carry ammo. This was by far the best deal I found online. I was able to buy these at $17.99 for a 50 round box. Others had a box of 20 rounds for $26.99. I fired a full magazine with my Glock 23 to see if these rounds were compatible with my carry pistol and they fired beautifully without any malfunctions. Great product from great people, thanks Bud’s.
