This firearm was cheaper here by $300, compared to another popular retail store in our area. Local gunshops said they couldn't even purchase it for what I paid, so I went ahead with the order, and I'm glad I did. I had never purchased a firearm online, but it arrived in perfect condition to the FFL I chose. Processing was a little slow, as it took a week to ship after my echeck cleared, but in the end the savings was worth the wait.

As for the rifle itself, I haven't fired it yet, so assuming it functions as expected, I will be extremely happy with this rifle. The build quality looks and feels higher than most in the sub $1,000 price range; even more so for $500. The furniture on this rifle really set it apart for me. I can't wait to try it out, and will update this review if necessary.
